Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rava
- 1 cup green dal
- Ghee
- 1 spoon Cumin seeds
- 1 spoon Pepper
- 1\2 spoon Asafetida
- Grated ginger
- Green chilli
- Grated coconut
- Curry leaves coriander leaves
- Salt
- Godambi (dry fruit)
Take a cooker pour green dal one cup, add water cook till 3 or 4 whistle and keep at aside. Take another vessel pour ghee heat up and add Rava sort it out well keep aside. Take vessel pour ghee, add cumin seeds, pepper, asafetida, water, salt, ginger, green chili and cook well. Then add Grated coconut, Curry leaves and coriander leaves slow down the flame add Rava slowly, cooked green dal mix it well stir with low flame for while. Decorate with Godambi.
Note: add equal quantity of Rava and green dal
